We now are happy to be able to offer an exchange for one clothing item per order or the option to return an item for store credit. To be eligible, all of the following criteria must be met:
- No returns or exchanges on jewelry, clearanced items, apothecary items, underwear, stickers, or other unqualified non-clothing item categories
- Item must be free of fragrance, wear, deodorant marks, and pet or animal hair
- Item must have its original tags attached in the original location
- The customer is responsible for paying all related return and/or exchange fees.Payment of fees does not equal the automatic approval of the items.Payment is collected before items are returned to be inspected for the above criteria.Payments are non-refundable as they directly cover the cost of the return label and mailing supplies.
