Lost or Damaged Mail

To receive any refund or replacement for lost or damaged mail, you must purchase Worry-Free Delivery during checkout.

If purchased, Worry-Free Delivery will allow you to open a claim with Seel in the event your package is lost or damaged. Seel will handle all refund or replacement requests directly.

Without Worry-Free Delivery, Gardenbelle Shop is unable to provide refunds, credits, or replacements for lost or damaged packages.

No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products and our commitment to sustainability, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

Garment care + washing
At Gardenbelle Shop, we take pride in offering items that are lovingly hand-dyed and sewn by skilled artisans. Because of the nature of our craftsmanship and the premium materials used, we recommend following these care instructions to maintain the beauty and integrity of your garment:

Important Notes

Due to the artisanal dyeing process, there may be slight color transfer during the first few washes. To prevent bleeding onto other garments, wash your item separately.

Please note that the performance of washing machines varies greatly, and we cannot control how items are handled once they leave our care.
Refunds and Replacements
